Apple Security Update Fixes 13 Mac OS X Vulnerabilities
Apple has released security updates to address thirteen vulnerabilities identified in Mac OS X. These flaws could be exploited by remote or local attackers to execute arbitrary commands, bypass security restrictions and conduct cross site scripting attacks.
French Security Incident Response Team rates these vulnerabilities as critical.
The affected components that were fixed are: Apache 2 web server, SSLVerifyClient, CoreFoundation, PCRE library, JavaScript dialog boxes, WebKit and other OS related components.
