Hi all.
I have just installed a new version of Windows XP, updated patches, etc, but now find that my mails in Outlook Express are saved as " sent" mails,, not " to be sent" ( ready for multiple sendings)!!
I had this problem before, when I was running a copied version of XP, but then, I just did a Restore, rechecked patches, then excluded the Outlook one that caused the problem.

I dont want to do a restore now, because I will lose all my stuff I have put on at the loading stage, so it there a patch or something to fix this!!

Thanks in advance..

Hi,
I have uninstalled one patch, .. KB923684, that has given the "send" mails back, Very Happy but I cannot adjust font size and style Crying or Very sad ??
Not sure what to look at now, so if anyone has experienced the same or knows of a FIX please let me know??

I am struggling to find out how to adjust font type and size within IE as well??
Could this be connected??

If you want to have the fonts and colors you specify in Internet Explorer to be used for all websites, regardless of the fonts that have been set by the website designer, follow these steps.

In Internet Explorer, click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options.
On the General tab, click Accessibility.
Select the Ignore colors specified on webpages, Ignore font styles specified on webpages, and Ignore font sizes specified on webpages check boxes, and then click OK twice.

Hi,, Sad

I have tried all avenues to work around this problem, i.e going to Outlook, trying Gmail, etc.
Shocked Confused

I have done a full update of MS/Windows patches onto my "Good" version of XP, but still the problem with Outlook Express contiues..
I am now, hoping to revert to OE, I dont care what other goodies Outlook has compared to OE, I just want the basic abilitiy to send multiple mails..so I am looking for a way to correct the update that changes 'Saved' OE mails to 'Sent' mails??
I can go back, restore and then uncheck the patch so it not will download again, but this has happened a few times now, so I assume it will happen again!!

Any HELP or advice please??

For working out problems connected with problem dbx files you may use http://www.msoutlookexpressrepair.com It doesn't modify source data during restoration, use modern ways of repairing dbx files, work under all available Windows OS.
